Drinks at Sahara

Our drinks menu is now in its 12th edition - it is updated twice every year to ensure that our drinks accurately reflect the season. For every menu edition we create new house cocktails (our latest list boasts over 90), as well as showcasing some great classics. Our bartenders are expert mixologists and are responsible for creating our house cocktails. The only parameters they are given are to use the freshest ingredients on the market (sourced locally where possible) and to showcase any amazing new spirits or ingredients on the market.

We represent wines from both the New and Old world and our beer selection has something for everyone. At the last count Sahara Bar housed over 140 spirits and liqueurs, so whatever your favourite tipple, we are confident we have it, or if not, we will open your mind to some great new tastes!

Food at Sahara

Where possible we locally source ingredients to make dishes fresh to order. Whether it‘s a hot Panini, dips to share or a chocolate brownie as a treat, you can enjoy our food throughout the day until late.

We can also cater for parties with canapés and buffets when our basement lounge bar is booked.
